  • If you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • In the event of any unforeseen circumstances or issues with our service, please contact us immediately to discuss your concerns.
  • Refunds will be processed promptly and returned to the original payment method used for the booking.

Please note:

  • Refunds may take up to 5-7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.
  • Any additional charges incurred due to special requests or extra services requested by the customer may not be eligible for a refund.
  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of abuse or misuse of our services.
